Liz is a bankruptcy paralegal providing bankruptcy support in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, routinely drafting and filing Bankruptcy Court pleadings, preparing proofs of claim, and tracking various dates and deadlines. She brings to the firm 35 years of bankruptcy experience that covers all three facets of bankruptcy: debtor representation, creditor representation and Bankruptcy Court/Trustee administration, all of which enables her to understand how those areas of bankruptcy law interrelate to a case.
Liz served on the Greater Lexington Paralegal Association board for several years. She volunteers at the Nathanial Mission holiday dinner and organizes an annual fundraiser for the local humane society.
