Michelle’s paralegal responsibilities center around torts and insurance defense. She brings 30 years of experience to her role, where she gathers and summarizes medical records, reviews discovery and gathers pertinent file materials for investigative purposes, issues subpoenas for records, coordinates depositions and mediations, and communicates with adjusters and opposing counsel.
Michelle graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in paralegal studies, and is a member of the Greater Lexington Paralegal Association and the Kentucky Paralegal Association. She is an active member of Salvisa Baptist Church.
