A PACE Registered Paralegal and a Certified Kentucky Paralegal, Tonja’s paralegal responsibilities center around torts and insurance defense and workers compensation. She brings more than 20 years of experience to her role, where she gathers and summarizes medical records, reviews discovery and gathers pertinent file materials for investigative purposes, issues subpoenas for records, coordinates depositions and mediations, and communicates with adjusters and opposing counsel.
Tonja graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in paralegal science. She is a member of the Greater Lexington Paralegal Association and the Kentucky Paralegal Association.
