Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney is always on the lookout for talented, dedicated attorneys to join our successful and rapidly growing full-service litigation firm in Kentucky and Tennessee. Specifically, we are looking to expand our teams in each of the following practice areas:

• Education law and litigation, representing public and private colleges and universities and P-12 schools in complex litigation, compliance and reporting, employment law, and investigation work

• Medical negligence defense, representing healthcare providers, hospitals, and practices in medical malpractice defense and liability disputes

• Government and civil rights, providing comprehensive representation to cities, counties, state agencies, law enforcement, and other quasi-governmental entities

• Civil litigation, representing insureds in civil defense and torts litigation

The ideal candidates for each practice group will bring:

• Strong research and writing skills

• Ability to understand and analyze complex subject matter

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, fellow attorneys, and legal staff to best serve client needs

• Presentation skills

• Litigation experience

As a vital member of the firm, you will be involved in a wide variety of litigation matters, including pre-litigation disputes, dispute resolution, mediation, depositions, hearings, motion practice and client contact.
