In Memoriam: DonAnn Osborne

Sturgill Turner is sad to report the death of nurse paralegal DonAnn Adams Osborne. DonAnn joined the firm as a legal nurse consultant in 2010, working primarily with the Health Care Law practice group in the areas of long-term care and medical malpractice defense.

DonAnn passed away in Georgetown, Kentucky on December 16, 2022 at the age of 57. Born in Dayton, Ohio to Peggy V. Adams and the late Donald R. Adams, she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University and began her career as a cardiac nurse, then became an administrator of a long-term care facility, before joining Sturgill Turner.

DonAnn is survived by her mother Peggy Adams of Little River, SC, brother Dale (Janet) Adams of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and her daughter Myla Pitts and son in law Will Pitts of Georgetown, Ky. She was preceded in death by her father Donald R. Adams. A memorial service will be held at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home in Lexington, KY (Harrodsburg Road location) at 2:30 PM and a visitation beforehand at 12:30 PM on December 22, 2022.
